- Can I can cancel the order on CherishedTaste.com.
We start processing the order as soon as it’s confirmed from your side. However in an unforeseen situation where you need to fully or partly cancel your order, cancellation can be done within 24 hours of confirming the order. No cost shall be levied on you and the amount shall be refunded in full in the same mode in which the payment was originally made.
- Can CherishedTaste.com cancel my order?
We can cancel confirmed order under following conditions: –
- The product is Out Of Stock.
- Our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due any circumstances.
- However if we suspect any fraudulent transaction or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
- How can Return be made in case of receipt of missing/damaged/incorrect item ?
- Please open and check the package in front of Courier Delivery Boy. If there is any missing/damaged/incorrect item, please do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD. In case, courier doesn’t allow opening of package without signing POD, sign the POD, accept the parcel but ask the courier person to stay back to check the parcel in front of him and if any issue is found, put the proper and legible comment below your signature in the POD slip and take a picture from your mobile and send the complaint to us on our email – email@example.com, with picture within 24 hours from delivery. If customer fails to do so, in that case any claim regarding missing/damaged/incorrect item will not be entertained.
- We will process your complaint and send you the replacement of missing/damaged/incorrect item and arrange for reverse pickup of the incorrect item if any. Replacement of item is subject to availability of stock, if Cherishedtast.com is not able to replace the item we shall refund you the amount for the non-replaced item. Refund shall be done for the damaged item as well, because of the perishable nature of product which makes it difficult to reverse ship in damanged condition.
- How can I can get return in any other case except in point 3?
Due to the perishable nature of product we will not be able to refund/accept return in case of the product once seal is broken or product is consumed, incorrect choice made by you during shopping, change of mind, not meeting expectations of individual variable taste perceptions or any other reason whatsoever.
5. Are there any conditions placed on returning an incorrect item?
The returned item should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. The bottle seal shall be intact and unbroken.
Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.
6. How much time does it take to get my Money Back?
The refunds (or money back) are processed within 24 hours after the return claim is accepted by us. All refunds processed by us are credited back through the original mode of payment used by the you. The refund will not be made in any other medium whatsoever.
Depending on the mode of payment you used, banks and payment gateways usually take between 3-7 working days to credit the amount to your account.
